Janie Elizabeth Ewing

Graveside services for Janie Elizabeth Ewing, 74, of Gladewater, Texas, will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Gladewater Memorial Park with Wayne Bishop officiating. Mrs. Ewing passed on Monday, May 18, 2015 in Gladewater. Services are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home. Janie Elizabeth Ewing was born to Joseph and Myrtle Johnson on February 2, 1941 in Fayetteville, NC. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Duraso, Darlene Stephenson, Rosalind Ewing; 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces and one nephew. She is preceded in death by her daughters, Mae Earnest, and Juanell Wood and brothers, Ray Gibbs, and Don Gibbs. Visitation will be held at Croley Funeral Home on Friday, May 22, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
