HAWKINS " Graveside service for James Lee Jordan, 81, of Hawkins will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2016, at Liberty Cemetery in Wood County with Bro. Charles Thomas officiating. Interment will be in Liberty Cemetery in Wood County. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins. Mr. Jordan passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Jordan was born April 12, 1935, in Longview to Carvey Lee and Minnie Bee Acker Jordan. He was retired from Tyler Pipe and a veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his son, Rickie Lee Jordan of Hawkins; daughters, Alice Christine Carter of Lubbock, Rebecca Leigh Jordan of Tulsa and Mickie Jordan of Dallas; grandchildren, Amy Jordan, Laura Briscoe, Patrisha Jordan, Tiffanie Jordan, Christine Worley-Jordan, Jessica Worley-Jordan and Jesse Jordan; great-grandchildren, Christopher Jordan, Madison Jordan, Jolie Jordan, Ashton Roberts and Samuel Briscoe. Mr. Jordan is preceded in death by his loving parents; son, James Alton Jordan; and daughter, Cynthia Lynn Jordan. Pallbearers will be Rickie Jordan, Rebecca Jordan, Jesse Jordan, Christopher Jordan, Kevin Fowler and Tyler Fowler. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Croley Funeral Home " Hawkins.
