Irma Jo Cooner DIANA �Services for Irma Jo Cooner, 81, of Longview will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Grubbs-Loyd Chapel in Diana, with Reverend Debbie Brown officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Interment will be at Smyrna Cemetery. She passed away September 15, 2013, in Longview. Irma was born January 24, 1932 in Texarkana, Texas to E.P. and Winnie Irma Pope. She retired as an administrative assistant, was a member of the Eastern Star, the Daughters of American Revolution and the Red Hat Club. Irma was a member of Smyrna Methodist Church. She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law: Mike & Linda Cooner of Amarillo, brother-in-law: Ben Cooner of Lake O�The Pines, sister-in-law: Jo Pope of Dallas, nieces: Charla Miller of Goodland, KS and Caren Easterling of San Antonio. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles Welborn Cooner in 2001. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, 4 to 6 P.M. at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana.
