Freeman Edward Braswell

Gilmer -- Freeman Edward Braswell, 85. of Upshur County, Texas, died on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at his home. He was born on October 3, 1930, in Marysville, Arkansas, to Bennett Brown Braswell and Artie Mae Pyle. He was retired from Thompson-Hayward/Harcross Chemical Company. He is survived by his sons, Darrel, Martin, and Edward; daughter, Glenda; and step-son, Glen; brothers, Andrew and Robert; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Iva; brothers, Jack and Elmer; and sisters, Violet and Judy. No visitation is scheduled.
