Francis Jean Treadwell

DIANA �Services for Francis Jean Treadwell, 86, of Jefferson will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Grubbs-Loyd Chapel in Diana, with Brother Billie Brewer officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Interment will be at Smyrna Cemetery in Harrison, County. She passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Longview. Mrs. Treadwell was born April 22, 1929 in Harrison County to Thomas C. and Fannie Dickenson Starr. She was a housewife and member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, painting, cooking and traveling. She especially loved going to Lone Oak Baptist Church and her fellow church members. Jean was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Howard Treadwell, son and daughter-in-law: Charlie and Sherry Treadwell of Jefferson, grandchildren: Amber Huff and husband Eric of Jefferson and Brittney Beck and husband D.J. of Harleton, great-grandson: Carter Charles Beck and three nieces. The family will receive visitors on Friday, May 1, 2015, 6 to 8 P.M. at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lone Oak Baptist Church, P.O.
