Frances V. Wade

Funeral services for Frances Wade, 95, of Gilmer, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Sam Martin and Don Whisenhunt officiating. Interment will follow at Gilmer City Cemetery.

Mrs. Wade passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 and was born on December 28, 1920 in Gilmer, Texas to Roy and Lilly Melton. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry Wade and Guadelupe Gonzalez Sanchez Wade of Del Rio, Texas; grandchildren, Joey Wade, Larry Wade, Jr., Tracy Wade and his wife Paula; great grandchildren, Paola Gonzalez Sachez Wade, Steven Wade, Courtney McHenry and her husband Otis, Jeremy Wade, Angela Murrell, Brandon Wade and his wife Dese; great-great grandchildren, Makayla McHenry, Makenzie McHenry, Addison Murrell, Brailyn McHenry and Zoey Wade.

Mrs. Wade was preceded in death by her husband, Tullis Wade; parents, Roy and Lilly Melton; son, Larry Wade, Sr.; sisters, Betty Jane Melton and Sue Chambliss; brother, Lawrence Melton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers for the service will be Tracy Wade, Larry Wayne Wade, Mike Davis, Steven Wade, Brandon Wade and Jeremy Wade.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
