Frances Louise Jackson

DIANA: Memorial services for Frances Jackson will be February 10, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church in Diana, Texas with Reverend Donald Daniels officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana.

Mrs. Jackson was born September 9, 1962 in Longview, Texas. She passed away peacefully on February 2, 2018 after a lengthy illness. She was surrounded by her loving family when she went to join her heavenly Father.

Mrs. Jackson was of the Baptist faith. Growing up in the church, her musical talent was discovered as she played the fiddle, guitar and flute. She had a beautiful, distinctive voice that was recognized everywhere. She excelled at her career as an activity/memory care director at several of the assisted living communities in the East Texas area. Taking care of the elderly was in her heart and she sang for them endlessly and worked hard to find entertainment and activities for them.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Hale Weaver and her son Christopher Shane Rennison. Their passing weighed heavy on her heart as they were extremely close.

Mrs. Jackson is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Jonathan Craig Jackson, mother: Nancy Owens Wells, sisters: Vanona Cipoletta, Elizabeth Youngblood and Deborah Garza, brother: David Wells, stepdaughters: Amanda Lee and Katy Jackson, daughter-in-law: Elisa Rennison and her special little angel from her beloved son: Carlee Rennison.
