Floyd T. Moore

Services for Floyd T. Moore, 92, of Gladewater, will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at 11 A.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater with Brother Stan Stanfield officiating. Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park. Born on March 8, 1920, in Upshur County, Texas, he died on Monday, December 31, 2012. He was the oldest living graduate of Union Grove High School, a retired steamfitter, and a Christian. He, in addition, was a 65-year member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union 100 in Dallas. He is survived by his daughter, Charlotte Hardin of Union Grove; son and daughter-in-law, Norman and Debbie Moore of Union Grove; 6 grandchildren, Stacey Rudiger of Plano; Kimberly Duren of Hurst; Christopher Hardin of Union Grove; Shawn Moore of Union Grove; Josh and Ali Moore of Wylie; Zach Moore of Union Grove; 5 great-grandchildren, Brendon and Garrett Rudiger of Plano; Madison and Kacy Duren of Hurst; and Cassandra Moore of Wylie. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday, January 4, 2013, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
