Memorial services for Felicia (Sue) Hitt, 68, of Tyler will be held 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Rosewood Baptist Church in Upshur County with Bro. Charles Johnson officiating. On May 30, 2014, Felicia (Sue) Hitt went to be with her Heavenly Father. She was born December 18, 1945 in Alexandria, LA. Mrs. Hitt was a long time resident of Big Sandy and a member of Rosewood Baptist Church. Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Hitt; parents Lawerence and Edith Bell and a sister Edith (Cookie) Glen. Mrs. Hitt is survived by her two sons, Stephen and wife Dell of Big Sandy, Michael and wife Kelly of Arp; five daughters, Susan Rowland and husband, Bobby of Tyler, Myra Harrison and husband, Allen of Denton, Sherry Ballenger and husband, Jon of Big Sandy, Rhonda Samaniego of Naples, Carolyn and husband Michael of Dallas; 17 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother Lawerence and wife, Sandy Bell of Pritchett; one sister, Nancy Hanks of Duson, LA., and two nephews. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
