Enoch Patterson II, aka Doc Podna, 58, of Camden Arkansas, left us on August 24, 2023, in Longview, Tx, trading his wild ride for eternal wind therapy.
Affectionately known as "Doc Podna," he never met a stranger and had a heart as genuine as gold. With Doc around, the party never stopped, and even happy faces found a brighter shade. He touched countless lives during his time here, and we hope his legend forever echoes alongside our laughter.
Besides being an absolute legend in life, Doc was a dedicated member of HOG (Harley Owners Group). He rode the winds of freedom like a superhero on wheels, cruising into countless hearts along the way.
Family meant the world to Doc. He is survived by his daughter, Jynnifer Magallanez, and son-in-law, Michael Magallanez. His son, Beaux Patterson, and daughter-in-law, Tracy Patterson, were his partners in crime. Doc had a squad of grandkids—Jayden Morris, Jeauxdicy Patterson, Jeremiah Mingee, Conner Patterson, and Ivory Patterson—who lit up his world. He also leaves behind his amazing mother, Carol Patterson, his sister, Carmen Delsa, and his cool brother-in-law, Dennis Delson. Plus, his Aunt Kay Crumpler, who could always put a smile on his face.
Doc Podna graduated from the school of cool at Destrehan High School and then deployed his awesomeness in the Army for 8 years. He mastered military lingo like nobody's business and left an extraordinary legacy.
Revving up life, Doc accelerated his way to success at Longview Kilgore Cable. His energy and dedication inspired his colleagues to raise the bar.
Doc's soul found Zen and laughter at Meta Physical, where he worshipped. His belief in the power of the universe kept his spirits lifted throughout his journey.
Beyond his wild rides, Doc loved the thrill of wind therapy. On his motorcycle, he found his happy place, riding with the wind in his hair and a bond with freedom like no other.
Get ready to celebrate Incredibly Awesome Doc Podna! A memorial service honoring his remarkable existence will be held on September 6, 2023, at 2PM at Grubbs-Lloyd Funeral Home in Diana. Join us as we cherish his memory, sharing stories that will make our laughter echo through the heavens.
Doc will forever hold a seat in our hearts and our ride of life won't be the same without him. His laughter, love, and vivacious spirit will continue to inspire us to live each day with a touch more spark and a heart full of joy. Hold on tight, Doc, as you embark on your grandest adventure yet!
