Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Born on March 13, 1936, in Alleghany County, Virginia, she died on Monday, July 18, 2011. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She is survived by her husband, Darwin Webb of Gladewater; 1 son, Billy Webb of Gladewater; 4 daughters, Karen Phillips of Gladewater; Donna Webb of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Janet Easley of Weatherford; and Teresa Pool of Duluth, Wisconsin; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, John Wayne Persinger of Covington, Virginia and A.L. Persinger, Jr. of Roanoke, Virginia; and 1 sister, Reba Byers of Covington, Virginia. No visitation is scheduled.
