Graveside services for Elizabeth Smith,72 of Gilmer will be held 2:00 P.M, Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Park with Bro. Rex White officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Smith passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2012 in Longview. She was born on June 22, 1940, in Upshur County, Texas to Felton and Alma M. Robinson. She attended Union Hill School and was of the Nazarene Faith. Elizabeth was a caregiver at Jordan Health Care for many years which she loved doing for others. She is survived by her son, Clarence Meeks of Quitman; brother, Jerry Robinson and wife Linda of Daingerfield; sisters, Virginia White and husband, Rex of Big Sandy, Gloria Day and husband, Gary of Tyler; with many nieces and nephews. No formal visitation will be held.
