Edna Lou Fincher

Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Lou Fincher, 90, of Gilmer will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, with Chris Reese officiating. Interment will follow service at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer, TX. Mrs. Fincher passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 in Pittsburg, TX.

Edna was born December 18, 1927, to the late Clyde and Minnie (Payne) Jones and married Charlie Fincher on August 31, 1946 in Gilmer, TX. She was a lifetime resident of Upshur County and a homemaker. Edna was also of the Baptist faith and she will be greatly missed by many family members and friends.

Mrs. Fincher is survived by her son, Clifford Fincher and wife Janet; daughter, Edith Baxter and husband Charles; grandchildren, Buffy Blasingame, Christopher Fincher, Kevin Fincher; and great grandchildren, Colin, Zana, and Zachry Fincher.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charlie Fincher; daughter, Raye Nell Fincher; sister, Nora Minton; and granddaughter, Kristi Wilson.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
