Deloris Barnhart

Funeral service for Mrs. Deloris Barnhart, 87, of Gilmer, TX will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer, TX with Bro. Donny Chamberlain officiating, interment to follow at Hopewell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM before the service on Thursday. Mrs. Barnhart passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in Gilmer, TX.

Deloris was born on May 12, 1932 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late James and Dorothy Rothrock. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved to spend time with her family. Deloris also loved to paint and enjoyed being around animals. She was also a faithful member of Latch Baptist Church.

Mrs. Barnhart is survived by her husband, Bud Barnhart; sons, Clay Irvin and his wife, Debbie, and Jeff Holmes and his wife, Tiffany; brother, David Rothrock and his wife, Judy; sister, Carroll Jenkins and her husband, Dean; grandchildren, Hannah, Elissa, Jason, Stacy, Connie, and Tina; as well as numerous great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sons, Reginald Myers Irvin, and Roger Dale Clark; and sister, Shirley Hamilton.
