Delma Robert Ellis Gladewater " Graveside services for Delma Robert Ellis, 85, of Beford, will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at 10 A.M. at Friendship Cemetery. Born on August 29, 1925, in the Joy Community to John H. and Erma Hanson Ellis, he died on Sunday, July 31, 2011. He is survived by his son, Bobby Ellis of Bedford; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Derik Odom of Austin and Betty and Bobby Evetts of Bedford; 7 grandchidren, Lisa, Teresa, Rachell, Robin, David, Angela, and Christopher; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Helen Kee of Troup and Emma Jean Philpot of Gladewater. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Elizabeth Perry Ellis; and his brother, James H. Ellis. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday, August 3, 2011, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
