GILMER " Funeral services for Debra Louise Flowers Harper, 62 of Kilgore, TX will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 15, 2015, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Reverend Stephen Hicks officiating with interment to follow at Morris Cemetery in Upshur County, TX. Mrs. Harper passed away Monday, October 12, 2015 in Longview. She was born August 29, 1953, in Anderson, Indiana to Shelby J.D. and Margaret Louise Leonard Flowers. She is survived by her twin son, Shelby Harper and twin daughter, Shelley Morrow and her husband, John of White Oak, daughter Wendy Howard and husband, Jett of Seattle, WA; brother, Duane Flowers of Gilmer; sisters, Lynn Renee Gray of Longview, Lisa Stone of Kilgore; grandchildren, Dominic Morrow, Michael Morrow, Courtney Morrow, Tianah Harper, Mark Harper, Rainbow Sims, River Sims, Amelia Howard; great- grandchild, Tyler Morrow and grand puppy, Ruby. Ms. Harper was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Flowers. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
