Debbie Cooner

Services for Debbie Cooner, 64, of Hollister, MO, formally of the Morton Community, are scheduled for, 10:00 AM, on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Morton Baptist Church, with Pastor Mike Brittian and Pastor Josue Contreras officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Debbie passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020 at her home in Hollister, Missouri.

Debbie was born on March 16, 1956 in Mexia, Texas to Gerald Frayne and Mary Hilda (Tekell) Davis. She worked as an office associate at Cox Medical Center and was a long time member of Morton Baptist Church. She loved watching NASCAR, camping and going out on the lake, on her pontoon, with all of her family. She loved her Elvis Presley music and movies but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends with whom she will be greatly missed.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Gary Cooner, sons; Joseph Cooner and wife Julia, Jason Cooner and wife Kim, daughter, Robyn Woodruff and husband Bill, grandchildren; Gerald Layne Cooner, John Armitage and wife Patience, Dakota Cooner, Logan Armitage, Jayden Woodruff, Triston Cooner, Austin Woodruff, Allyssa Woodruff, and Caydance Lee.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will received visitors Friday, August 7, 2020 from 6-8 PM at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana, Texas.
