David Scott Walker

Funeral service for Mr. David Scott Walker 59, of Big Sandy, will be held Friday, June 1, 2018, 2:00 PM at Little Mound Baptist Church with Bro. Michael Phillips officiating and interment to follow at Little Mound Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday, May 31, 2018 for 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Croley Funeral Home. Mr. Walker passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018.

David was born in Dallas, TX on February 9, 1959. He married Denice (Bailey) Phillips on May 15, 1993 in Upshur County. David was also an active member of Little Mound Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Denice Walker of Big Sandy; son, Jeremy Phillips; and sister, Holly Choate.

David is preceded in death by his parents, William and Jean Walker
Pallbearers for Mr. Walker’s service are Steven Redden, Dusty Carroll, Jimmie and Chris Pritchett, Landon Cook, and Neil Aga.
