Dakota Wayne Cline

Dakota Wayne Cline, 31, of Hawkins, Texas passed away on July 19. 2023.  Dakota was born October 17, 1991 in Kilgore, Texas to Edward Wayne Cline and Teresa Sue Hall.

Dakota was loved by everyone he met.  He had a big heart and lived life to the fullest in every moment. His sense of humor made him the life of every event he attended. Dakota spent his time gaming, fishing, hunting and camping.  He loved sports especially football and basketball.  He always enjoyed eating one of his Granny’s cowboy cookies. He never missed a chance to hang out with his buddies. Dakota loved his family and cherished his friends. The memories he leaves behind will be cherished forever.

Dakota is survived by his loving wife, Heather Cline; his parents, Teresa and Chuck Spears and Edward and Kelly Cline; niece and nephew he loved as his own; Maci Cadenhead and Dallas Cadenhead; grandmother, Daisey Hall; siblings, Kendra Michelle Bynog, Amilya Ann Minor and Douglas Weathersby; as well as several other beloved family members and friends.

Dakota is preceded in death by his sister Courtney Cline; grandfather, Monnie J. Hall; and grandparents Kenneth and Beverly Cline.
