Dakoda Lane Gour

Graveside services for Dakoda Lane Gour, 21, of Union Grove will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the East Mountain Cemetery in East Mountain, with Dr. Timothy Smith officiating. Lane passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018, in Longview.

Lane was born July 11, 1996 in Tyler, Texas to Gregory Steven Gour and Jessica Dawn Little. Lane was a graduate of Union Grove High School Class of 2014. While in high school he was a four year football player, four year band member and three year golf team member. Lane enjoyed 80’s movies and music, video gaming, anime and computer games. He was a Boy Scout and member of the Gladewater Troup 198. Lane will live on in the memories and hearts of all the family and friends he leaves behind.

He is survived by his mother and step-father Jessica and Russell DeMoss; father Gregory Gour; three brothers Nolen DeMoss, C.J. DeMoss and Steven Gour; sister Mary Gour; grandparents Susan Taylor, Mark and Karen Little, David Gour, T.L. and Charlotte DeMoss and Mary and Bob Sewell; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins as well as many other loving family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be made to the Union Grove High School Band Boosters at P.O. Box 1447, Gladewater, Texas 75647 in the memory of Lane.
