Curtis "Curt" Wilson Latham

Curtis “Curt” Wilson Latham, 42, of Gladewater, Texas passed away on May 9, 2023.  Curtis was born in Marshall, Texas on November 4, 1980 to Daniel Latham and Brenda Wilson. 

Curtis never met a stranger.  He was always willing to help anyone in need. Curtis adored time with family and friends especially spending time with Christi and Caylan. Curtis worked hard for his family.  He enjoyed his job at Cobb Electric as an electrician.  He cared for his coworkers and boss Paul as if they were family. When Curtis wasn’t at work he spent time hunting and fishing he treasured time outdoors.  He could be found sitting on his porch listening to music or grilling for his family and friends anytime he was able. 

Curtis is survived by his beloved wife, Christi Latham; daughter, Caylan Latham; mother, Brenda Wilson; father Daniel Latham; step mother, Melanie Latham; grandmother, Margaret Latham; brothers, Shawn Staffrod, Daniel Latham, Jr. and Brian Futrell; sisters, Margaret Ledbetter, Lisa Latham and Sarah Futrell; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.

Curtis is preceded in death by his grandfather, Curtis Latham; step father, Carl Mace; grandmother, Delane Allen; Ileen Coffield, Jackie Allen, Pam Goble.

There will be a memorial service at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
