Corene �Dean� Holdeman DIANA �Services for Corene �Dean� Holdeman, 87, of Ore City will be at 3:00 P.M., Friday, September 12, 2014 at Grubbs-Loyd Chapel, with Reverend Robbie Caldwell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Interment will be at Ore City Cemetery. She passed away September 9, 2014 at her residence. Dean was born June 4, 1927 in Henderson, Texas to Will and Mae Branham. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to not only her family but to many, many more. Dean had an outgoing personality and was loved by those who knew her. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ore City. Dean was preceded in death by her parents, husband W.T �Tom� Holdeman in 2006, daughter Pat Wilson, brothers Pete and Samuel Branham, and sisters, Ovis Sonier, Faye Whitehead and Wilma Hale. She is missed and loved by her children, Tommy Holdeman and wife Amy of Longview, Jane Brookshier and husband Bruce of Longview and Pam Roberts and husband Patrick of Ore City, 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Haven Care Nursing facility, Visiting Angels and Hearts Way Hospice, with special thanks to Krystina Gilmore, Traci Russel and special niece and caregiver Aleshia Fatheree.
