Cora Bunn Boone

Graveside services for Mrs. Cora Bunn Boone, 87, of Gilmer will be held 10:00 A.M Saturday, July 21, 2012, at the W. J. Bunn Family Cemetery in Upshur County with Larry Gilliam officiating. Mrs. Boone was born on June 14, 1925, in Commercial Point, Ohio, to James and Anna Maria McKinley and passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012 in Gilmer. She married Mr. James Boone on May 2, 1984 in Gilmer. Mrs. Boone was a homemaker and a member of the Lutheran church. Mrs. Boone is survived by her husband, James Boone; sons and daughters-in-law, Gene and Karen Bunn, Joe and Elizabeth Bunn, Jimmy and Claudette Bunn, Mike and Kathy Bunn, Casey and Phyllis Bunn, Willis J. and Joyce Bunn, Jr.; daughters and son-in-law, Carole Barton, Dorothy Holeman and Ann and Bo Stegall; 29 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. J. "Pete" Bunn. Honorary pallbearers are her grandsons.
