Funeral service for Cole Harper Singleton, 5, of Hawkins will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 4, 2015 at Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Smith County with Bro. Mike Morrow officiating. Interment will be in the Hawkins Cemetery in Hawkins. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins. Cole passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at a Tyler hospital. Cole was born February 22, 2010 in Longview, to Thomas Andrew and Courtney Dumas Singleton. He was in Kindergarten and was a lifetime resident of Hawkins. Cole is survived by his parents, Thomas Andrew and Courtney Singleton of Hawkins; brother, Kenneth Ray Singleton of Hawkins; sister, Ryelynn Elizabeth Singleton of Hawkins; maternal grandparents, Tim and Rhonda Dumas of Hawkins; maternal grandfather, Steve Stone and wife Kim of Whitehouse; paternal grandparents, Lydia and John Singleton of Fairfield; maternal great-grandparents, Jack and Carolyn Dumas of Tyler and Gene and Jane Folsom of Whitehouse; paternal great-grandmother, Tommy "Gandy" Gardner; uncles, Matthew Singleton and wife, Marsha of Kennedy and Jesse Stone of Whitehouse; aunts, Lauren Nichols and husband, Dustin of Lindale, Sharla Stone of Whitehouse and Sadie Singleton of Fairfield; great-uncle, Mike Dumas and wife, Shelley of Red Springs; great-aunts, Terri McHam of Winona and Diana Busby of Chapel Hill. He is preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, Kenneth Ray Gardner; great-uncle, Royce Folsom. Pallbearers will be Thomas Singleton, Granddaddy Dumas, Uncle Dusty Nichols, Uncle Mike Dumas, Scott Turner and Steve May. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins.
