Clyde "Smokey" Parks

Memorial service for Clyde "Smokey" Parks, 65, of Hawkins will be held at a later date. Mr. Parks passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 in Hawkins. Mr. Parks was born on May 28, 1949 in Knoxville, Iowa to Arthur W. and Clara B. Logan Parks. He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Vermeer Company. He is survived by his sons, Cameron W. Parks and Jeff Hegwood; daughters, Chandra M. Skipworth, Crystal Johnson and Tanna Hoover; brother, Forrest Parks; and four grandchildren, Haylee Skipworth, Hayden Skipworth, Benjamin Paugh and Weston Hoover. No formal visitation is scheduled.
