C.L. "Sarge" Pedigo

Services for C.L. "Sarge" Pedigo, 79, of Longview will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 7, 2012, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Andy Plunk officiating and burial to follow at Kelsey Cemetery in Upshur County, Texas. Mr. Pedigo was born on February 4, 1933, in Gary, Oklahoma, to Ellis and Velma Babbs Pedigo. He was a Master Sargeant in the U. S. Army serving in the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War before his retirement. Mr. Pedigo is survived by his sons, Tony Pedigo of Florida and Jacob Ponder of Longview; daughters, Deborah Lewis and her husband, Fred of Gilmer, Jo Leah Ponder of Longview; sister, Pat Collier of Blackwell, Oklahoma; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Pallbearers are Justin Pedigo, Jimmy Lowrance, Jared Lowrance, Joe Lewis, Jacob Ponder, Jeffery Ponder and Cecil Lewis. Visitation will be on Friday starting at 1:00 P.M. until time of service at the funeral home.
