Funeral services for Cheyenne Green, 29, of Gilmer will be held 11:00 A.M, Monday, September 30, 2013, at the First United Methodist Church in Gilmer, Texas with Reverend Richard Laster officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer. Ms. Green passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013 in Gilmer. Cheyenne Green was born on April 13, 1984, in Longview to Randy Green and Rhonda Yocom. Ms. Green graduated from Gilmer High School and was an Administrative Assistant for Gregg Industrial of Longview. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gilmer. Ms. Green is survived by her son, Trenton of Gilmer; parents, Rhonda Yocom and Perry of Lake O" The Pines and Randy and Ruth Green of Gilmer;Richard Anderson of Gilmer; grandparents, Richard and Nell Yocom of Gilmer;great-grandmother, Johnnie Yocom,brother, Cody Anderson of Gilmer; sisters and brothers in law , Nicole and Chris Johnston of Pittsburg and Connie and Matthew Simon of Shreveport LA; aunt, Pam Varnado of Gilmer; special aunt Tony Kuza of Gilmer; four nieces and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Russell and Imogene Green; Great Grandparents, Raby and Oline Gaddis and Cody Yocom. The bright memories of Cheyenne will never be forgotten. She was a ray of sunshine, a selfless, outgoing, strong woman and most importantly, a loving and caring mother to Trenton. No formal visitation will be held.
