Cheri Whitney Sneed

Funeral services for Cheri Whitney Sneed, 50, of Hawkins will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 11, 2014, at the Holly Brook Baptist Church in Holly Lake Ranch with Bro. Larry McGuire officiating. Interment will be in the Holly Tree Cemetery in Wood County. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins. Mrs. Sneed passed way Wednesday, January 8, 2014 in a Tyler hospital. Mrs. Sneed was born on June 15, 1963, in Lubbock, TX to Floyd G. and Sharon Fowler Whitney, Jr. She worked for JoJo"s Cakes and was a member of the Holly Brook Baptist Church. Mrs. Sneed is survived by her husband, Gregory Sneed of Hawkins; mother, Sharon Whitney of Holly Lake Ranch; son, Christopher Mark Sneed of Hawkins; daughters and son-in-law, Amber Hester Mayer and Sean Lindsey of Fort Worth and Brandi Hester Tanner of Hawkins; brothers and sister-in-law, F. Craig and Lori Whitney of Hallsville and Cary Don Whitney of Holly Lake Ranch; sister and brother-in-law, Christi and Larry Marline of Ardmore, OK; five grandchildren, Cassiopeia, Chase, John Michael, Coleman and Elizabeth; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014 at Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins.
