Charles Timmons

Graveside services for Charles Timmons, 68, of Gladewater, will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at West Mountain Cemetery in Upshur County with Bro. Pete Dugger officiating. Interment will be in the West Mountain Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. He passed away Saturday, August 23, 2014 at a Longview hospital. Mr. Timmons was born December 20, 1945 in Lubbock to Arthur Alexander and Bernice Langie Timmons. He was an auto mechanic with A-1 Service Motors and had lived in Gladewater for 35 years. Mr. Timmons is survived by his brothers, Olan Timmons, Calvin Timmons and Dicky Timmons; sisters, Janice Powell, Millie Timmons, Rhonda Morrow and Jean Huckaby; good friends, Dwight and Wendy Day and Jeff Russell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacque McCormick Timmons; and his parents. No formal visitation is scheduled.
