Charles "Chuck" Petersen

Funeral services for Charles Petersen., 64, of Gilmer will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017, 2:30 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer, Texas with Bro James Boone and Mr. Charlie Petersen officiating, interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Park under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer, Texas. Family will receive friends Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 1:30 until 2:30. Mr. Petersen passed away Wednesday, October, 25, 2017 in Longview, Texas.

Mr. Petersen was born June 19, 1953 in McNary, Arizona to Vaughn and Norma Savage Petersen. Mr. Petersen worked for Satterwhite Log Homes and also served in the United States Army as a transporter during Vietnam.

Mr. Petersen is survived by his wife; Cheryl Petersen of Gilmer, sons; Richard Petersen and wife Satinka of Seabeck, Washington, Charlie Peterson of Centerfield, Utah, step-son; Lucas Bradford of Mesa, Arizona, daughter; Anna Lee and husband Brandon of Sarepta, Louisiana, brothers; Bill Petersen and wife Ann of Clay Springs, Arizona, Andy Petersen and wife Anita of Mesa, Arizona, Jack Peterson and wife Mary of Richfield, Utah, grandchildren; Callie Petersen, Clara Petersen, Tara Petersen, Alexander Lee, Michael Lee, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Petersen is preceded in death by his parents and first wife; Alicia Petersen.
