Carrol 'CP' Glen Peel

GILMER � Graveside services for Carrol 'CP' Glen Peel, 67, of Gilmer, will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at West Mountain Cemetery with Mark Huffhines officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Born on March 5, 1947, in Gilmer, Texas, to Edward Ellis Peel and Vivian 'Bill' Inez Ray Peel, he died on Thursday, November 6, 2014. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired from the oil field. He was a Baptist. He is survived by one son, Cameron Peel and wife, Keeley of Hallsville; daughter, Debbie Barber and husband, Jason of Gilmer; wife, Cynthia Gail Stanley and her children; four grandchildren, Rachel Barber, Carson Barber, Campbell Peel, and Kason Peel; four brothers, Jimmy Peel, Terrel Peel, Ronnie Peel, and Randy and wife Pat Peel; two sisters, JoAnn and husband D. Love and Loree Van Zandt. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Edward Ray Peel. Honorary Pallbearers are Jeff Peel, Chris Peel, Jason Barber, Jesse Shico, Brandon Reeves, Peter Stanley and Sammy Brown.
