Calvin Charles Anderson

Funeral services for Calvin Charles Anderson, 43, of Gladewater will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater with Dr. Raymond Boulter and John Davis officiating. Interment will be in Rock Springs Cemetery in Gladewater. Mr. Anderson passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015 in a Longview hospital. Mr. Anderson was born August 6, 1972, in Longview to Virgil and Evoynne Roach Anderson. After graduating from Gladewater High School he attended and graduated from the Art Institute of Dallas. He was a self-employed computer graphic artist, had lived in Fort Worth for five and half years, but had worked in graphic design in Dallas/Ft.Worth since 1991. He was a member of the First Christian Church. Calvin is survived by his parents, Virgil and Evoynne Anderson of Gladewater; sister, Lisa Loper and husband, Keith of Gladewater; nephew, Christopher McGlathery; nieces, Elizabeth Loper, Heather Loper and Courtney McGlathery; four great-nieces; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Virganna McGlathery; grandparents, W.O. Roach and Dorothy Boudinhimer and Mr. and Mrs. C.V. Anderson. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2015 at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
