Funeral services for Bro. Pete Dugger, Sr., 80 of Gilmer will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday June, 25, 2015, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Bro. Charles Johnson officiating. Bro. Dugger passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, in Tyler. Pete Dugger was born on October 8, 1934, in Upshur County, TX. to Addison Granville Dugger and Sudie Jones Dugger. He Pastored churches in Wood, Upshur and Marion Counties. Bro. Dugger is survived by his wife, Barbara Dugger of Rosewood; children, Eddie Jo Dugger and wife, Karla of Ore City, Debbie Whitfield of Lindale, Robbie Dugger of Brownwood, TX, Doyle Carter and wife, LuAnn of Holly Lake, Darryl Carter and wife Deena of Berryville, TX, Pete Dugger, Jr. of Rosewood; 17 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Pallbearers for the service will be Wesley Carter, Chris Bingham, Eric Carter, Adam Whitfield, Clayton Carter and H. B. Williams. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
