Bonnie Wayne Woods

Funeral services for Bonnie Wayne Woods, 85, of Gladewater will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 6, 2021, at the Clarksville City Baptist Church with burial following at Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time at the church. Mrs. Woods passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at her home surrounded by family.

Bonnie was born April 13, 1935 in West Mountain to the late Ralph Morris Pritchett and Zora Kathleen Davis Pritchett. She was a longtime devoted member of the Clarksville City Baptist Church. Bonnie worked in many capacities throughout her life; as a caregiver, housekeeper, caterer, seamstress and for the last 10 years for Meals on Wheels delivering for those in need. Bonnie was dedicated to the citizens of Gladewater. She loved singing and worshiping the Lord. Bonnie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother whom will be dearly missed. She married Murrell Lee Woods on September 27, 1953 and they spent 54 years together until his passing in 2008. Bonnie will not soon be forgotten by all those she leaves behind.

Bonnie is survived by her children Ralph Woods and wife JoLynn, Linda Miller, Bobby Woods, Sandra Coffman and husband Danny, James Glen Hodges, Stacy Selman and husband Greg and Angela Milliorn and husband Jeff; three sisters Sherry Spencer, Barbara Hill and Kathy McGuire; 16 great grandchildren; 22 great great grandchildren as well as many other loving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ralph Morris Pritchett and Zora Kathleen Davis Pritchett, husband Murrell Lee Woods and daughter Patricia Murleen Woods Perkins.

The family would like to thank all the friends, Prime Care Hospice and Prime Care Health Agency for the help, loving care and prayers over the last few months; and also the love, prayers and support of Clarksville City Baptist Church.
