Memorial services for Bonnie Kay (Barrow) Mullins, 63, of Gladewater will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater with Pastor Richard Harbstreit. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home. Mrs. Mullins passed away Monday, February 27, 2017 in Longview.

Bonnie was born January 22, 1954 in Beaumont, Texas to Norman Washington (N.W.) Barrow and Bettie Maria Ritchie Barrow. She grew up in the Beaumont area and was a graduate of French High School. Bonnie worked as a Legal Secretary for Daryl R. Atkinson. Bonnie was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed watching the Rangers and the Astros play. Her love of baseball and her children carried over into Bonnie working as a Little League Umpire when her oldest son Michael played baseball. She also enjoyed watching “I Love Lucy”, collecting Purple Cows ceramics, cooking, yellow roses and spending time with family and friends. Bonnie can be described as opinionated, outspoken, easy to talk to, an excellent listener and very open. She will be truly missed by all the loving family and friends she leaves behind.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years Phillip Mullins of Gladewater; mother Bettie Barrow of Gladewater; two sons Michael David Wilson of Gladewater and Matthew Ryan Mullins of San Francisco, CA; three sisters Mary Lynn Sculley and husband George of Longview, Judy Gail Whitten and husband Gary of Emory and Donna Marie Barrow of New Braunfels; granddaughter Katherine Lynn Wilson of Flint as well as many other loving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father N.W. Barrow.
