Bobby Wayne Fleet

Funeral services for Bobby Fleet, 77, of Longview will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at Croley Chapel in Gilmer with Reverend James Fleet officiating. Interment will be in Chilton Cemetery in Upshur County. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Fleet passed away Monday, September 3, 2012 in a Longview hospital. Mr. Fleet was born January 11, 1935, in Upshur County, Texas to Herschel and Sarah McKinley Fleet. He was a retired Senior Engineer with Thiokol Corporation in Karnack, Texas, veteran of the United State Army, member of the Pine Tree Masonic Lodge #1396 A.F. & A.M. and a member of the Greggton First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mayme Fleet of Longview; son, Brad Fleet of Kilgore; daughter and son-in-law, Suzy and Mark Case of Gladewater; brother, James Fleet of Harleton; grandchildren, Tara Fleet, Tanner Fleet, Brandon Case and Miranda Case. Pallbearers will be Lonnie Wyatt, Joel McKinley, Tommy Jackson, Jerrad Jackson, Bart Bradley and Chad Bradley. Honorary Pallbearers will be Myron Harkins, Johnnie Spradley and the Kingdom Builders Sunday School Class at Greggton First Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Memorials may be made to the Charity of your Choice.
