Bobby Gene Davis

Services for Bobby Gene Davis, 79, of Pittsburg, Texas will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2017 At South Union Baptist Church in Dangerfield, Texas with Brother Chad Thompson officiating and interment of cremains to follow at Gladewater Memorial Park. Mr. Davis passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 in Pittsburg. Cremation and services are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas.

Bobby was born to Clarence and Mamie Womack Davis in Corsicana, Texas on June 11, 1937. He married his sweetheart, Lois Morris Davis on March 11, 1963.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Davis of Pittsburg; son Raymond E. Kelly and daughter-in-law, Nga also of Pittsburg; daughters, Barbara Groves of Lebanon, MO. and Kellie Murrish of Hobbs, NM; brothers, David Davis of Seminole, Texas, Ray Davis of Lubbock and numerous grandchildren.

Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents; brother, C.L. Davis, Jr. and sister, Billie McGuire.
