Billie Ruth Richardson

Funeral service for Billie Ruth Richardson, 91, of Gladewater will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Liberty City with Bro. Bruce Wells officiating. Interment will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015 in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Mrs. Richardson passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in Gladewater. Mrs. Richardson was born in DeLeon, TX on September 10, 1923, to Frank and Golden Patterson Jernigan. She was a self-employed saleswoman, homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Liberty City. She is survived by her daughter, Kaye Dennis and husband, Paul of Winona; daughter-in-law, Ruth of Palestine; sister, Joy Lynn Parks of Beaumont; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Richardson is preceded in death by her son, Harry Eugene "Skip" Richardson, Jr. and grandson, Kelly Richardson. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Liberty City.
