BG Irby Jr.

BG Irby JR, 88, a proud Air-force veteran, and X-ray technician in the medical field has passed away on February 19,2024 due to natural causes. Born in Gladewater, TX to parents BG Irby Sr. and Valerie Irby.

BG Jr. leaves behind his sons Barry Gregg Irby and BG Irby III, along with his brothers; John Richard Irby, Robert Scott Irby; sister, Jo Carol Irby; as well as 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He now joins his parents, brother Phillip Wayne Irby, and sisters Nanette Valerie Blunk and Paula June Barnett in eternal peace.

As devoted member of the FBC Lindale congregation, he will be missed. 

A memorial service will take place at First Baptist Church Lindale on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 3:30  in the afternoon. There will be a committal service at Gladewater Memorial Park in Gladewater, Texas at 11 o'clock in the morning on the same day, February 24, 2024.
