Betsy Carol Lindsey

Services for Mrs. Betsy Lindsey, 63, of Gilmer will be held 2:00 P.M, Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church in Gilmer with Reverend Donnie Fenton officiating. Private burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer. Mrs. Lindsey passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 in Tyler. She was born December 10, 1947, in East Bernard, Texas to Bernard Gridley and Bessie Stern Scrogin. Mrs. Lindsey was employed at Wyatt"s Cafeteria and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Richard Lindsey of Gilmer; sisters, Jackie Blazek of Richmond, Texas, Marilyn Baker of Houston; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Cloddie and Marian Henson of Gilmer; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 12, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 613 W. Cass, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
