Bertha Ann Reed DIANA �Graveside services for Bertha Ann Reed, 75, of Diana will be at 10:00 A.M., October 30, 2014 at Walnut Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. She passed away October 27, 2014 in Longview. Bertha Ann Reed was born to Evert �Buster� and Carrie Henry on October 24, 1939 in Shreveport, LA. She married George Reed, Jr. on November 23, 1957 at Forest Home Baptist Church in Kilgore, Texas. Born to this union was George III, Watson, Curtis and Lisa. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evert �Buster� Henry and Carrie McHaney, son: George Reed III, four brothers: Buddy, Melvin, Roy and Jimmy Henry, 3 sisters: Ionette Davis, Patsy Clifton and Josephine Henry. Those left to mourn her are her husband, George Reed Jr., sons: Watson and Curtis Reed, daughter and son-in-law: Lisa and Dave Hiles, 3 grandchildren: Joshua Reed, Cory and Chase Hiles, brothers: �Sonny� Henry and Danny Charles Henry, sisters: Norma Jean Croft and Kitty Henry. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly, as they were her life. She was a Baptist and lived her life to His following.
