Barbara N. Teasley

Barbara was born September 23, 1934 in Gladewater, Texas to the late Oliver Bruce Wood and Leta Lucille Tucker-Wood. She was an Administrative Assistant in the healthcare profession. She loved to play Skip-Bo with friends and everyone knows she loved her Pepsi. Some of her favorite hobbies were crocheting, knitting and sewing. Barbara loved to sing and she attended Friendship Baptist Church.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family, all of whom will dearly miss her.
She is survived by her husband James Edwin Teasley of Gladewater, Texas; Sons Eddie and wife Cindie of Gilmer, Texas and Mark Teasley of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Mrs. Teasley has three grandchildren Jamie Wardlaw, Jena Teasley, Cheyenne Teasley and two Great Grandchildren Reilly Wardlaw and Carson Wardlaw.; Nephew Bruce Bridges, as well as many other loving family and friends.

Mrs. Teasley is preceded in death by her parents Oliver Bruce Wood and Leta Lucille Tucker-Wood, also Sister Wanda Bridges.
