Annie Louise Hall

Services for Annie Louise Hall will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.

Annie was born in Gilmer, Texas on February 4, 1934 to Clarence and Nonnie Montgomery Robinson and passed away at her home in Bettie, Texas, on Monday, March 21, 2022. She was a Christian of the Baptist faith.

She married the love of her life, James E. Hall on September 6, 1950, a marriage of 67 years until his death in 2017. Annie was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, James Michael Hall; and two brothers, Eugene and Doug Robinson.

Those left to mourn her passing are three daughters, Cassie Nelson, Deborah Stanley and husband, John Owen; granddaughter, Dawn Moses and husband, Brent; two sisters-In-Law, Peggy Hall Carpenter and Martha Hall Andrews and husband, Robert; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Annie and husband, James, took over the operation of Hall's Grocery in 1975, and ran the operation for eighteen years.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday at Croley Funeral Home with services to follow, conducted by Brother Wayne Norvell. Burial will follow at the Gilmer City Cemetery.
