Funeral services for Ann Fenlaw Davis, 84, of Gilmer will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 22, 2014, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Richard Laster officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Mrs. Davis passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014. Mrs. Davis was born October 4, 1929 in Ashland to John Ernest and Mary Downs Fenlaw. She was a homemaker, member of the Senior Citizens Association on Silver Alley and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Earnestean and Rhaunal Williams, Elaine and Doug Carter and Donna and Gary Nugent all of Gilmer; six grandchildren, Donald Williams and his wife, Vikki, Miranda Loyd and her husband, James, Jr., Doug Carter, Jr., and his wife, Lindsay, Jaime Carter, Nici Manley and husband, Rex and Candace Wilson and her husband, Eric; 14 great-grandchildren, Chelsey Williams, Morgan Williams, Shelby Williams, Jacob Boothe, Zaydi Loyd, Corin Carter, Chloe Carter, Ransum Taylor, Everett Wilson, Delaney Wilson, Lacey Wilson, Erin Autrey, Aidan Manley and Ely Manley; and two great-great-grandchildren, Cambree Randolf and Riley Davis. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Davis; brother, John Fenlaw; and sister, Jo Wallace. Pallbearers will be Donald Williams, James Loyd, Jr., Doug Carter, Jr., Rex Manly, Eric Wilson and Corin Carter. Honorary Pallbearers will be Electa Sunday School Class. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church Senior Friends, 105 North Montgomery Street, Gilmer, TX 75644.
