Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Oree Dickey, 97, of Longview will be 10 A.M., Thursday, November 13, 2014, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Bro. Donny Chamberlain officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer. Mrs. Dickey passed away on Monday, November 10, 2014 in Longview. She was born January 17, 1917, in Paducah, Kentucky to William Angle and Tessie Blanch Angle. Mrs. Dickey lived in Longview since 1985, was a secretary for Farmers Insurance before retiring and of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Dickey is survived sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Joan Dickey of Bullhead, Arizona, Ted and Linda Dickey of Gilmer; sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Louie Ramos of Nevada; grandchildren, Brenda Delcambre of Dickinson, Texas, Darren Dickey of Yucca Valley California, Troy Dickey and his wife Deanna of Riverside, California, Patti Drinville and husband, Jim of Rancho Mirage, California; 10 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. No formal visitation will be held.
