Alfred Ray Keck

Services for Alfred Ray Keck, 74, of Gilmer will be held 4:00 P.M, Saturday, July 2, 2011, at Rosewood Baptist Church in Upshur County, Texas with Reverend Charles Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Rosewood Cemetery in Upshur County under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Keck passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 in Gilmer. Mr. Keck was born in Duncan, Oklahoma to Victor John and Violet Juanita Rowe Keck. He married Dorothy Woodlief on June 29, 1960 in Greggton, Texas. Mr. Keck was the owner of a manufacturing company. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Faye Keck; mother, Violet Juanita Keck; sister, Glenda Sue Melton; sons and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Ray Keck, Robert Allen Keck, John Charles and Deborah Renae Keck; grandchildren, Tiffany Ann Thompson, Nicholas Britton Keck, Christopher Ray Keck, Hannah Rachel Keck, Matthew Elway Keck; great grandchildren, John Mark Thompson and Chrissy Thompson. Mr. Keck was preceded in death by his father, Victor John Keck. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 1, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home.
